Shipping & Returns
We strive to pack and ship orders as soon as possible. If your order is placed before 12:00 PM Noon CST on a business day then our goal is to make sure it's delivered to the carrier that same day.
Shipping Policy
Unless an alternate shipping option is specified by you at checkout, we will determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order based on the order's weight and shipping address. The carriers that we use are UPS, FedEx and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Default shipping for contiguous US orders below $75 will be via UPS or FedEx (Ground) at a flat rate of $9.99.
Free Shipping
Liber & Co. offers free ground shipping on qualified orders (where the subtotal after any tax, discounts etc. is $75.00 or higher). This offer is valid on orders shipped in the contiguous United States only.
US Shipping Transit Times and Rates
All of our products ship from zip code 78628, and transit times vary depending on destination zip code and carrier (from 1 - 5 business days).
Single Bottle Orders
Typically, orders for 1 bottle will ship UPS Ground and arrive in 1-3 business days. The below map shows UPS estimated transit times from our facility.
Multi-Bottle Orders
Typically, orders of 2 bottles or more will ship via UPS or FedEx Ground and arrive in 1-5 business days. Exceptions include PO boxes, APO, and AK/HI which ship via USPS*. The below map shows FedEx estimated transit times from our facility.

Expedited Options
For expedited shipping, the following options can be selected during the checkout process:
- FedEx FedEx Standard Overnight ®
- FedEx FedEx 2Day ®
- USPS Priority Mail Express
Transit times and rates for the above three options will be automatically updated in your Shopping Cart based on cart contents and your ship to address.
International Shipping
At present the only international country that we ship to is Canada. All Canadian shipments will be via FedEx, with rates and transit times updated automatically in your Shopping Cart based on the ship to address.
Returns & Refunds

The "First Bottle Guarantee" (New Customers)
- Eligibility: This offer is valid only for first-time customers on their initial purchase from Liber & Co.
- The "One" Rule: The guarantee applies to one (1) single bottle of syrup. If your first order contains multiple bottles or a variety pack, the refund will cover the cost of a single bottle only.
- No Return Necessary: For this initial claim, we do not require you to ship the product back to us.
- Timeframe: Claims must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.
- Limit: This offer is strictly limited to one per household, shipping address, and payment method.

The "Make It Right" Policy (Returning Customers)
- Scope: For all subsequent orders, we stand behind the quality of our product. If there is an issue with your syrup or order, we will "Make It Right" via replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
- Verification: To protect our small business, we require photo documentation of any damaged or defective goods. This helps us file claims with our carriers and improve our packaging.
- Return Requirements: While we generally avoid making you ship heavy glass back to us, Liber & Co. reserves the right to require a physical return (at our expense) for quality inspections on high-value orders or recurring claims.

Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
- Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse a refund or transition a customer to a "Return-to-Refund" only status if we detect patterns of abuse, such as multiple accounts created by the same user or suspicious claim frequencies.
- Final Sale Items: Gift cards, or discontinued items are excluded from this guarantee and are considered final sale.
