Amande Frappé

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 ½ oz absinthe
• 2 oz soda water

Instructions:

• Combine syrup and absinthe in a shaker filled with ice
• Shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass filled with crushed ice

Glass:

• highball or large rocks glass

Garnish:

• fresh mint
