Long Island Iced Coffee

Found at Milktooth in Indianapolis - this is a Long Island all grown up, because adulting is fueled by caffeine, obviously.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• ½ oz vodka
  
• ½ oz mezcal
  
• ¼ oz rye whiskey
• 1 ¼ oz amaro (Nardini recommended)
  
• 1 oz coffee liqueur
  
• ½ oz fernet
  
• ½ oz half and half
  
• 2 dashes mole bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except half and half to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass filled with crushed ice
  
• Top with half and half

Glass:

• highball or pilsner
  

Garnish:

• brandied cherries
