Highland Hot Chocolate

A grown up hot chocolate with smoky scotch whiskey.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • ½ oz scotch whiskey
  • ½ oz (by weight) dark chocolate
  • ¾ oz hot water
  • 4-5 oz steamed milk

Instructions:

  • Add hot water and dark chocolate to a mug and stir to melt the chocolate
  • Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine
  • Garnish with cinnamon
