Blood Orange Michelada

Substituting Blood Orange Cordial for part of the tomato juice makes this Mexican beer cocktail an excellent choice for a spicy brunch or party drink. 

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Blood Orange Cordial
• 1 oz tomato juice
• 1 tsp hot sauce
• 2 oz lime juice
• 4 oz lager beer
  
• Tajin or other chili/lime/salt mix to taste

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a pilsner glass
• Stir to combine

Glass:

• pilsner glass

Garnish:

• lime wheel
• chili salt rim
