Fig Jam

Balsamic vinegar adds a rich, aged flavor to this rye whiskey cocktail.

Ingredients:

¾ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
2 oz rye whiskey
½ oz orange liqueur
2-3 dashes orange bitters
bar spoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions:

Add all to a mixing glass filled with ice
Stir for 20 seconds and strain over ice into a glass
