This tequila cocktail, from the Smuggler's Cove cocktail book, is a show-stopper in flavor and presentation.  A delicious cocktail that is a great choice for a dinner party or celebration!

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz tequila
  • ½ oz dry curacao (with a dash or two of blue curacao)
  • ½ oz falernum
  • ¾ oz lime
  • 2 oz dry sparkling wine

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker 
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled coupe glass
  • Top with sparkling wine
