Non-Alc Provence 75
This exceptional non-alcoholic cocktail offers a classic French 75 profile with a sophisticated lift from lavender to instantly transport you to the south of France!
Ingredients:

¾ oz Lemon Lavender Cordial
- 1 ½ oz gin alternative (Drink Monday recommended)
- 3 oz sparkling wine alternative (Joyus recommended)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with sparkling wine alternative
