Peach Paloma
This is an easy riff on an absolute classic! Peach and grapefruit sparkling water pair perfectly here.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
- 2 oz tequila
- ¼ oz lemon juice
- 4 oz grapefruit sparkling water
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except club soda to the cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
- Strain into a highball glass with ice
- Top with grapefruit sparkling water
