Pumpkin Spice Mule

This pumpkin spice mule has a wonderful mix of seasonal flavors with pumpkin puree and Fiery Ginger Syrup. The addition of club soda makes it refreshing and tall, so you can sip on this pumpkin well into the night!

You don't have to use a pumpkin mug, but it's a lot more fun if you do!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz vodka
• 3 heaping barspoons of unsweetened pumpkin puree
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes bitter
• 3-4 oz club soda

• Add everything except the club soda to a shaker tin with ice
• Shake and double strain into a pumpkin mug filled with ice
• Top with club soda
