Ramos Gin Fizz
One of the cocktail world's truly great drinks. Invented in 1888 by Henry Ramos, this effortful shake is well worth it. Wondering about the iSi whipper in the picture? Not sure you're ready for that level yet young padwan...
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz lime juice
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz cream
- ½ oz egg white
- 4-5 drops orange flower water
- 2 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except club soda to a cocktail shaker without ice
- Dry shake for 10 seconds, then add ice and reshake for 20 seconds
- Add club soda to a highball, then strain the cocktail into the highball
