Show Me State

Robert Sache's designed this cocktail to be super popular and approachably interesting. He checked the "popular" box by making it frozen - who doesn't love a slushy blended cocktail? Mezcal's a potent spirit but orange in two forms makes this one easy drinking.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• ¾ oz mezcal
  
• 1 ½ oz orange liqueur
  
• 1 ½ oz orange juice
  
• ½ oz lime juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a blender with 1 cup of ice
• Blend until smooth and pour into a highball glass

Garnish:

• lime wheel
  
• salted rim
