Tanglin Club Cocktail
A Pegu club riff that takes notes from the Scofflaw, the Tanglin club is a light and refreshing combination of gin, vermouth and passionfruit syrup.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz dry vermouth
- ½ oz lime juice
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange peel
