This cocktail was made by our friend @theresidentmixologist. It reminds us of the best parts of a Dark 'N Stormy, but with wonderfully comforting fall character from the caramelized fig, ginger, and apple cider. We know you'll *fall* in love with it too!

Ingredients:

  • ⅓ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
  • 2 oz aged rum
  • 1 ½ oz unsweetened apple cider
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • 2 oz ginger beer

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients, except ginger beer, to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass
  • Top with ginger beer and garnish with apple fan
