Absinthe Frappé

A dreamy classic that makes absinthe approachable and surprisingly refreshing.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz absinthe
• 2 oz club soda
  

Instructions:

• Combine syrup and absinthe in a shaker filled with ice
• Shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass filled with crushed ice

Glass:

• highball or goblet

Garnish:

• fresh mint
