Chartreuse Swizzle
This amazing, beautiful green cocktail was developed by Marco Dionysos at Smuggler's Cove in San Francisco. An interesting combination of ingredients that when combined work exceptionally well!
Ingredients:
- ½ Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1 ¼ oz Green Chartreuse
- ½ oz Velvet Falernum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 dash tiki bitters
Instructions:
- Fill a highball glass halfway with ice
- Add all ingredients and swizzle for 10 seconds
- Top with ice and swizzle again for 5 seconds
