Cyrano

Pineapple + amaro is a proven duo. This Death & Co. original cocktail is an exceptional rum Old Fashioned.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 1 oz rum (aged Agricole recommended)
  
• ¼ oz pineapple rum (Stiggin's Fancy recommended)
• ¾ oz Cynar
• 1 dash aromatic bitters
• slice of lime (coin)

Instructions:

• Muddle lime coin with syrup in a rocks glass
  
• Stir in remaining ingredients with cracked ice

Garnish:
