Happy Bastard
A much more lighthearted riff on the classic tropical cocktail "Suffering Bastard" from bartender Fanny Chu.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 oz gin
- ¾ oz brandy
- ¼ oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 ½ oz Fever-Tree Cucumber Tonic
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a highball glass with fresh ice
- Top with Fever-Tree Cucumber Tonic
