Highland Hot Chocolate
A grown up hot chocolate with smoky scotch whiskey.
Ingredients:

¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 ½ oz scotch whiskey
- ½ oz (by weight) dark chocolate

¾ oz hot water
- 4-5 oz steamed milk
Instructions:
- Add hot water and dark chocolate to a mug and stir to melt the chocolate
- Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine
- Garnish with cinnamon
