Jalapeño Margarita

Peppery, spicy, and delicious! For less spice and more pepper flavor, skip the muddling and just shake the jalapeño slices with the remaining ingredients.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1½ oz tequila
• ½ oz orange liqueur 
• ¾ oz lime juice
• 3 slices jalapeño 
  

Instructions:

• Muddle jalapeño in a cocktail tin
• Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Fine strain into an ice filled glass
