Jungle Spritz
A refreshing apertivo inspired by the classic tiki drink, the Jungle Bird.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1½ oz Campari
- 3 oz dry sparkling wine
- soda water
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except soda to a glass filled with ice
- Stir to combine and top with soda
Glass:
- wine glass
Garnish:
- Lime wedge and pineapple leaves
