Liber Lapu

Liber's version of the classic tiki cocktail, Chief Lapu Lapu. A must try for Hurricane fans.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 2 oz dark rum
• 1 oz light rum
• 2½ oz orange juice
• 1 oz lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain over crushed ice into a hurricane or collins glass

Glass:

• hurricane or collins

Garnish:

• orange wheel
• umbrella
