Love Potion

Herbal Strega and a hint of ginger spice transform sparkling wine in this surprisingly light cocktail.

Ingredients:

• barspoon Fiery Ginger Syrup
• ½ oz Strega
• ½ oz lemon juice
• sparkling wine

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients except wine in a champagne flute and stir  
• Top with sparkling wine

Glass:

• champagne flute

Garnish:

• lemon peel
