Matcha Highball

This refreshing drink uses just a small amount of Matcha (ground green tea leaves) to get a light tea flavor without any chalkiness. The recipe originally calls for Japanese whiskey, but feel free to use your favorite kind or experiment. 

Ingredients:

• ½oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz whiskey
• ½ oz lemon juice
• ¼ tsp matcha
• club soda

Instructions:

• Shake all but soda with ice for 5 seconds
• Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
• Top with soda and garnish
