Matchmaker

Absinthe brings out fig's floral notes and balances a spicy rye for a delightful, heady cocktail.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
  
• 1 ½ oz rye whiskey
• ½ oz lemon juice
• barspoon absinthe

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe glass
• Garnish with mint sprig
