Midnight Matinee Cocktail

Exotic, dark flavors harmonize in this easy-drinking cocktail. 

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 ½ oz dry sherry
• 1½ oz sweet vermouth
• barspoon peaty scotch
• barspoon Amaro (Nardini or similar)

Instructions:

• Add all to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir for 20 seconds and strain rocks glass with ice
• Express an orange peel and garnish
