Non-Alc Amaretto Sour

A perfect balance of sweet, sour, and bitter notes, this refreshing non-alcoholic classic is the perfect indulgence for any occasion!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz Lyre's Amaretti
• ¾ oz Spiritless Kentucky 74
• 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
• 2 full droppers All The Bitter aromatic bitters
• ½ oz egg white or Aquafaba

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker and dry shake for 15 seconds
• Add ice and shake again for 15 seconds
• Strain into a glass over ice
