Scooby Snacks

Cocktail by @anushu802. The Scooby Snacks is a recreation of Death & Co. Denver's Mystery Solver cocktail. Inspired by the classic combination of peanut butter and jelly, this Old Fashioned riff utilizes some special techniques to achieve an extraordinary delicious profile.

Ingredients:

• 1 ½ tsp Raspberry Gum Syrup
  
• 1 ¼ oz rye whiskey, peanut butter infused
• ¾ oz bourbon, brown butter washed
• 2 dash aromatic bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
  
• Shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a glass over large ice

Garnish:

• orange peel twist
