Scorpion Reef
This was inspired - according to drink creator Marshall Davis - by a smoked pineapple flan dessert! Smoky, creamy and tropical, the Scorpion Reef is a stellar nouveau tiki cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz mezcal
- 1 oz aged rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice

¾ oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- 5 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except aromatic bitters to a glass filled with crushed ice
- Swizzle to chill, then add more crushed ice
- Dash aromatic bitters on top and garnish
