Tom Collins
One of the earliest cocktails, it's refreshing in its simplicity.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 2 oz Gin
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- soda water
Instructions:
- Add syrup, juice, and gin to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds adn strain into a chilled highball glass
- Top with soda water then garnish with a cherry and lemon or fresh herbs
