April Sours Bring May Flowers
A light and delicious sour with grapefruit and orange notes. Aquafaba, the fluid in a chickpea can, makes an easy, vegan, substitute for egg white in a frothy cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
- 1½ oz gin
- ½ oz Aperol
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¾ oz egg white or aquafaba
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake for about 5 seconds
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass
