Paradisi

This savory cocktail has an abundance of citrus flavor. Try a dry gin to let the citrus shine, or experiment with floral gins for a more complex drink.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 1½ oz gin
• ½ oz Italicus
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• 2-3 fresh basil leaves
• soda water

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except soda to a shaker tin filled with ice
• Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice
• Top with soda water and stir.
