Vampire's Kiss

This cocktail has a dark and complex flavor profile that's perfect for cool weather sipping.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Kola Syrup
• 1 ½ oz red wine
• ½ oz Punt e Mes
  
• ¼ oz Fernet-Branca
• ½ oz lime juice
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• splash soda water

Instructions:

• combine all ingredients, except the soda water, in a cocktail shaker and add ice
  
• shake until chilled
• fine strain into an ice-filled wine glass and top with soda water
• garnish with two fresh orange slices
