Inspired by bartender Jeremy Oertel's recipe, this inventive sour combines a bracing navy strength gin with creamy coconut and sake.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
  • ¾ oz sake
  • 1 ½ oz navy strength gin
  • ½ oz lime juice
  • pinch of vanilla powder

Instructions:

  • Add add ingredients with ice to a cocktail shaker
  • Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds
  • Strain over crushed ice into a chilled glass

Glass:

  • rocks

Garnish:

  • lemon zest and toasted coconut
