This Tom Collins riff features a base of bourbon and black tea which lend depth and subtle complexity to the standard Collins build. Lemon Lavender Cordial provides the perfect dose of bright, crisp lemon and floral elegance— the result is a truly exquisite highball, perfect for porch sipping.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Lemon Lavender Cordial
• 1 ½ oz whiskey
• 2 oz brewed black tea
• 2-3 oz club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
• Shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass
