Peach Highball
It's hard to go wrong with this refreshing highball! A classic combination of flavors— this is an absolute crowd pleaser and great year round.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
- 2 oz bourbon
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 4-5 mint leaves
- top with club soda
Instructions:
- Muddle syrup and mint leaves at the bottom of the shaker
- Add the rest of the ingredients except club soda to the cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 5-10 seconds
- Double strain into a highball glass with ice
- Top with club soda
