Harvest
The California almonds we use in our orgeat are harvested every year between August and October. When the almonds reach maturity on the tree, a machine shakes them to the ground where they are left to dry in the sun for 8-10 days before being picked up and sorted. Our almonds are then custom roasted, ground smooth, and turned into the world’s best orgeat.

Orgeat is the backbone of mai tais - a favorite of friends and family. Liber & Co's Almond Orgeat Syrup has a a rich silky texture and a clean almond taste. Other bottled orgeats I've tried dilute or overpower the almond with adjunct flavors. Liber & Co's orgeat is more convenient and more consistent than homemade, too. It is precisely what I was looking for and made our mai tais outstanding.

The BEST Orgeat! And now better packaging!!
We’re big fans of Mai Tai drinks and probably indulge a bit too much. We have been purchasing the Liber Orgeat for several years because it simply makes the Mai Tai better. It’s the best and we won’t use any other brand. We are absolutely thrilled with the new packaging as well! As noted, we use a lot of orgeat and the available larger bottle is soooo much better than the previous small bottles. Thank you Liber & Co for making the improvements.

I’m loving the new 750ml bottle. More is always better & the bottle has a plastic pouring adapter that prevents syrup from dripping on the screw top and thus prevents the screw top from sticking. Well done

Premium Mai Tais at home
Being from Hawaii I love a good Mai Tai, Libers Orgeat makes the perfect drink, and I add a bit of the Passionfruit syrup sometimes too.

Almond Orgeat, Where Have You Been All My Life!
I had never heard of Orgeat syrup before I accidently ordered a bottle of Liber & Company's. Since I had it on hand, I thought I'd make the best of it and looked up some cocktail recipes that used Orgeat and started shaking. Although I'm generally a bourbon & rye kind of guy, I truly enjoy light, refreshing drinks made with Orgeat such as a Mai Tai or Army/Navy cocktail--especially in the summertime. If you haven't tried these drinks, I recommend that you do so at once!
