Banana & Berry
This cocktail is as fun as it is flavorful! Pacific Strawberry Syrup provides a vibrant berry sweetness, perfectly complemented by the smooth richness of rum. Ingredients:
- ½ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
- 2 oz rum
- ½ oz banana liqueur
- ¾ fresh lemon juice
- egg white
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and dry shake
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Double strain in a coupe
