Jarrett Sabatini's creative reimagining of the Irish Coffee. Reposado tequila and rich amaro meld with chilled coffee and vanilla sweetness, crowned with a luxurious salted whipped cream for a decadent, balanced sipper that bridges tradition and innovation.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Madagascar Vanilla Syrup
- 1 ¼ oz reposado tequila
- ½ oz Averna
- ¼ oz dry curaçao
- ¼ oz coffee liqueur
- 2 oz cold-brew coffee
Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Pour unstrained into a chilled glass
