Coppertone
A tasty daiquiri riff that swaps rum for gin, layered with coconut syrup and Aperol. Sophisticated enough to stand on its own while still feeling like a proper beach drink. Adapted from Hayley Wilson.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ¾ oz Aperol
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, minus bitters, to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Double strain into a glass
- Top with bitters
