A lovely fall-time sipper! Our Chai Spice Syrup adds the perfect touch of extra baking spices. Made by our friend @anushu802

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Chai Spice Tea Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz Rye
  • 1 oz Calvados (or apple brandy)
  • ½ oz Amaro Ramazzotti
  • 3 dashes peychauds bitters
  • 2 dashes apple bitters

Instructions:

  • Absinthe rinse a chilled glass
  • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  • Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass
  • Spritz with lemon and garnish with the peel
