Kyoto Sour
Japanese Yuzu Syrup elevates the classic gin sour. Egg white adds silky body and visual appeal to this elegant, yet approachable cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
- 2 oz gin
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Dry shake for 10-15 seconds
- Add ice and shake again for 10-15 seconds
- Double strain into a chilled glass
