Meet the Elders

Gin and elderflower meet Japanese Yuzu Syrup in this sparkling, aromatic spritz. Light, floral, and refreshingly citrus-forward.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz elderflower liqueur
  
• club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except club soda, to a shaker
• Add ice and regale shake with a lemon peel for 10-15 seconds
• Pour into a glass and top with club soda
