Oh My Gourd
This festive cocktail combines the aromatic complexity of botanical gin with the comforting, warming spices of cinnamon syrup and allspice dram. Ginger liqueur and pumpkin purée add subtle complexity and comforting fall flavor.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ½ oz ginger liqueur
- ¼ oz allspice dram
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- teaspoon pumpkin puree
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to shaker tin
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain over crushed ice
