Passionfruit Chilcano
Created by our friend Tony Abou-Ganim, this cocktail is a tropical riff on Peru’s most iconic highball. While the classic Chilcano traditionally relies on ginger ale, this version swaps the spice of ginger for bold, tangy passionfruit. It’s a vibrant combination of pisco, lime juice, and soda water that results in a tangy, bubbly cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- 2 oz pisco
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- soda water
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except soda water, and ice to a glass
- Top with soda water and stir
