The passionfruit syrup is exceptional. Taste like real passionfruit. Low sugar content. Great for margaritas or even to splash into a glass of water.
This is a delicious, smooth (filtered, no pulp or seeds) syrup that is the essence of passionfruit - sour and sweet and tropical. We've been making Mojito's a la Dominican Republic, a twist on the Cuban special by adding the passionfruit syrup. Also a nice differentiator in a Mai Tai.
At home I put it in yoghurt for a refreshing dessert.
I have literally been around the world (I’m a flight attendant) looking for Passion Fruit Syrup that comes even close to my mothers recipe that was passed down from my great grandmother. I grew up on homemade Lillikoi Juice and this what is Passion Fruit Syrup from Liber and Co has done it for me. I have found my gold in the Passion Fruit Syrup made by Liber and Co. I use it for many things. Beverages. Marinades. Dressings. The customer service is medallion rated in my book. I’m passing it on to my family members. My 88 year old father loves it. So I don’t have a fancy cocktail…I have a list of uses. I buy it in cases of twelve about every two months just for me! It’s a buy!
Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
I love this syrup. The passionfruit flavor is excellent, tart and bright, and the syrup is perfectly sweet. I love passionfruit and use this in place of simple syrup in recipes that I'd like that flavor. Currently, I'm making a take on a New York Sour where I do just that and it is delicious.
