Sakura Maru
This combination of Peruvian pisco with Japanese Yuzu Syrup is a flavorful nod to the historic Japanese steamship that famously carried the very first wave of Japanese immigrants to Peru in 1899.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
- 1 ½ oz pisco
- ½ oz orange juice
- ½ oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shaker for 10-15 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass with ice
