Sakura Maru

This combination of Peruvian pisco with Japanese Yuzu Syrup is a flavorful nod to the historic Japanese steamship that famously carried the very first wave of Japanese immigrants to Peru in 1899.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
• 1 ½ oz pisco
• ½ oz orange juice
• ½ oz fresh lime juice
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shaker for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass with ice
