Snake Eyes
Taking the Caribbean classic of blended Scotch and coconut as its starting point, Grand Army Bar's Snake Eyes pivots to smoky mezcal and a touch of banana liqueur, transforming a familiar combination into something entirely new. Adapted from Robby Dow and Ally Marrone.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 1 ½ oz mezcal
- barspoon banana liqueur
- 2 oz coconut water
- ¼ oz fresh lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
- Double strain over large format ice
