You Shrub Me The Right Way

This bright sophisticated cocktail balances the tart, citrusy essence of grapefruit shrub with the botanical depth of gin. Lillet Blanc adds subtle wine notes and honeyed complexity, while St. Germain contributes delicate floral sweetness. This cocktail was submitted into our 2025 Liber Games competition by Tom Duprey.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Texas Grapefruit Shrub
• 2 oz gin
• 1 oz Lillet Blanc
• ¾ oz St Germain Elderflower Liqueur
  
• 3 dashes Lemon Bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish
