Amendment 35.6 takes the Negroni in a new direction with Japanese Yuzu Syrup, bringing bright citrus to the classic bitter-forward cocktail.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Japanese Yuzu Syrup
  
• 1 oz gin
• ¾ oz Campari
• ½ oz vermouth

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass
• Stir to incorporate
• Strain into a glass with large format ice
